Was born on 24 May 1956 in Naryn (Kyrgyz Republic).
Ownership Structure CD is a private company owned by 20 shareholders. 14 of them are licensed professional Kyrgyz securities market participants, 5 are commercial banks of Kyrgyz Republic and 1 foreign shareholder, representing financial entity.
Main Functions Securities recordkeeping and safekeeping. The depository is a settlement organization of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, provides money settlement and clearing for corporate securities.
