Extraordinary General Meeting of AECSD

On 20 February, an Extraordinary General Meeting of AECSD was held in the form of absentee voting. As a result, a number of decisions were adopted aimed at further strengthening professional cooperation among members and expanding international collaboration.

CJSC “Central Depository” of the Republic of Tajikistan was selected as the host of the AECSD Training Seminar 2026. The event will take place in September this year in Dushanbe. The seminar will serve as a platform for the exchange of practical experience and discussion of current issues related to the development of financial market infrastructure.

Following the voting results, it was also decided that the AECSD Annual Conference 2027 will be held in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition, the application of National Clearing Center for Associate Membership status was approved. NCC became the second organization to receive this status since its introduction following amendments to the Association’s Resolution in 2024. AECSD welcomes National Clearing Center and looks forward to its active participation in the activities of the Association’s working bodies and events.
